Support Hourly Rate

Our support services are billed at an hourly rate. This rate applies to all support activities, including but not limited to troubleshooting, configuration, and customization.

  • Standard Hours (8 AM - 5 PM): R650 per hour
  • After-Hours (5 PM - 8 AM): R1300 per hour

After-hours rates apply to all support requests made between 5 PM and 8 AM.

 

Billing Process

  • Hourly Increments: All support tasks are billed in one-hour increments.
  • Minimum Charge: Each support request is subject to a minimum charge of 30 minutes.

 

Invoicing and Payment

Invoices for support are generated upon the completion of service. Payment terms and conditions are available in your account details, or you can contact our billing department for specific inquiries.
